Commercial vehicles

New Amarok vehicles – the first 3 scheduled services (within 3 years or 60,000km, whichever occurs first), from the date of delivery*.

New Caddy and Multivan petrol, or PHEV models – the first 3 scheduled services (within 3 years or 45,000km, whichever occurs first), from the date of delivery*.

All other new Volkswagen Commercial diesel models – the first 3 scheduled services (within 6 years or 90,000km, whichever occurs first), from the date of delivery*.

We link the service plan to your vehicle, so should you decide to sell your Volkswagen – any unused (unexpired) services are transferred to the new owner – which can increase its resale value.

If you purchased your Volkswagen new in New Zealand after May 1st 2025, you can sit back and relax. You don’t have to do a thing, you’ll automatically qualify and have your first three services covered.

You and your car will be in expert hands. Our team of certified technicians will leave no floor mat or engine bay unturned in their goal to deliver you back a safe and reliable Volkswagen.

Each service incorporates a comprehensive 30-point safety inspection, a diagnostic and software check, plus the services listed below.

And because Volkswagen’s service schedule is on average once a year (or 15,000kms whichever comes first), compared with other manufacturers who demand six monthly service intervals, relax knowing that you don’t have to service your car as often.
