On all new Volkswagen vehicles, Roadside Assistance is free for the first five years or 150,000km’s*, whichever comes first, as per the active warranty period of the vehicle.
We provide 24-hour roadside assistance, emergency accommodation, car rental and towing as well as property assistance. Our additional benefits include flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys, bogged vehicle, taxi and legal or medical advice.
*Volkswagen Crafter 5-years / 250,000kms, whichever comes first.
In most cases a breakdown can be resolved at the roadside, getting you safely back on your way. We’ll provide you with expert advice and, if needed, we’ll tow your car to the nearest approved Volkswagen dealer.

To be eligible for Service Roadside your vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition and have the Volkswagen standard scheduled service carried out by a participating approved service centre.
